Albuquerque Artists from the Twentieth Century

Once a year, we put together an exhibit of artists from New Mexico that differ from Native American painters we normally display. This year, we have selected a group of painters and sculptors of Western art. All in this exhibit are or were Albuquerque artists from the twentieth century. Included are Carl Von Hassler, Betty Sabo, Ben Turner, Morris Rippel, Jake Haverstick, Pat Harrison, and Gary Weisman.

This exhibit will continue until the end of February. Incidentally, former New Mexico governor Susana Martinez declared February 10th to be Betty Sabo Day, in honor of the artist's considerable accomplishments.
