The 500 biographies are arranged alphabetically for easy reference. Following the biographies are family tree charts, hallmarks, and signatures, as well as special sections on pottery types and styles, designs and symbols, the language of the potters in Hopi, Tewa and English and an extensive bibliography.
This (now out-of-print) book, published in 1998, is an excellent introduction to the Hopi artisans and to their fine pottery.
