Ethel Youvella (1919 - 2006)

Ethel Youvella was a Hopi-Tewa potter from First Mesa. She was a niece of famous Hopi-Tewa potter Grace Chapella. Youvella specialized in making smaller pieces such as this turtle. She also made pottery tiles, cylinder vases and ash trays.
