Eusebia Toribio Shije (1930 - )

Eusebia Toribio Shije, Zia Pueblo has been an award-winning potter for a number of years. Eusebia is the sister of Teresita Galvin and mother-in-law of Adrienne Shije. Eusebia Shije won the award for Best Traditional Zia Pottery in 1980 and 1981 at the Santa Fe Indian Market, the Indian Arts Fund Award for Overall Excellence in 1984, and 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd place awards for a number of years at the Santa Fe Indian Market (usually held every year on the third weekend in August).
