Christian Feest

Christian F. Feest, former Professor of Anthropology at the Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe Universität in Frankfurt, has previously served for decades as curator of the North and Middle American collections at the Museum fur Völkerkunde in Vienna.  His research has focused on Native American arts and material culture, the history of ethnographic collecting, and the ethnohistory of eastern North America.  He has published many works, articles, books.
