Indian Baskets of the Paul T. Seashore collection (Museum notes) [SOLD]

From the Foreword:  The baskets described and illustrated in this booklet are part of the Paul T. Seashore collection of Indian articles now on exhibition in the Texas Memorial Museum in Austin. Mr. Seashore obtained the baskets from various sources in western North America during the period from 1930 to 1950 and donated the collection to the Museum in 1951. The collection contains excellent examples of some of the more interesting and useful varieties of basketry made during the historic period, and represents the work of 25 different tribes of American Indians.
