"I am not, nor are my pieces, frozen in time. I am a contemporary Pueblo Indian woman facing complex issues in a al 'Pueblo life. More often than not, however, the issues are the same personal and professional challenges any modern woman faces. It is these issues, then, that are explored and illustrated as the subject matter of my pots."
