Award winning artist Joe Baca is from Santa Clara Pueblo and is the son of Jose P. Baca, Sr. and Emma Gutierrez Baca is the husband of Nora L Martinez Baca and the father of Ronald, Kimberly, Karer and Jessy. Joe received an MBA from the University of New Mexico. Joe learned his pottery making from Marian Naranjo and Angela Baca. Joe has won numerous awards from 1991-99. His favorite designs are Avanyu, bear paws, hummingbirds, and butterflies.
