Little is documented about Gregorita Chavarria of Santa Clara Pueblo. Betty LeFree lists her as an active potter in 1968 in her book Santa Clara Pottery Today, and Greg Schaaf in his book Pueblo Indian Pottery: 750 Artist Biographies, but neither reference provides any biographical data.
