This figurine is not signed with the name of the artist but it is quite likely that it is an early figurine by Seferina Ortiz.  The face of the female is similar to those by Seferina.

 

The adult female is dressed in traditional pueblo clothing and moccasins.  The baby is shown strapped into a cradleboard.
