Jennie Trammell (1929-2010) made this jar in the shape of traditional storage jars. She completed it in the 1980s. It has a beautiful rounded storage jar shape which provides a sufficient surface on which to place a large Avanyu on the mid body. The Avanyu is very elaborate with hooks and curves throughout. It is the sole decoration on the jar. Jennie was a daughter of Margaret Tafoya.
