Simple yet extremely elegant, these earrings, made by Diné jeweler Cheyenne Harris, exhibit very fine detail. As one earring is square and the other round, they offer the wearer a unique and peculiar compliment to their outfit.
Each earring is made with both sterling silver and 24 karat gold, which is the highest purity of gold available. Each has an etched, textured design of silver with various gold shapes interspersed. The texture is pleasing to the touch, but even more so to the eye.
The backs of the earrings are signed 2002 Cheyenne Harris, Sterling, 24K.
Cheyenne Harris is a Navajo jeweler from Arizona, who has studied jewelry making throughout her life and has also had formal training in metalsmithing. She has won numerous awards for her work and is celebrated by many jewelry collectors around the world.
