Original Drawing “Abstract Image” [SOLD]

This fine pencil drawing by Dwight Ration leads one’s eyes on a visual journey.  An experienced artist of Navajo / Laguna Pueblo background, Ration is an expert at drawing. He has created a collage of designs with only different shades of black and grey. The images could be Yei figures, they could be clouds. One needs to use imagination to decide what these abstract forms represent.

Born in Smith Lake, New Mexico, Dwight Ration has been making art for 40 years. He works in many different mediums including tile work. Ration has done demonstrations at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center in Albuquerque.
