A blackened silver diamond-shaped platform with polished silver borders was formed to expressly display two beautiful egg-shaped turquoise gemstones. Four silver beads (known as raindrops) were placed at the flex point of the diamond-shape silver. Two of the beads are wonderful old silver beads from a necklace and the drill holes are visible. The other two silver beads were scored with parallel deep cuts. The use of these beads is a definite asset to the appearance of the ring. The highlight, of course, is the pair of turquoise gemstones. The ring is not signed with the name of the silversmith.
