Silver Overlay and Coral Buckle [SOLD]

Kee Nez comes from a talented family. His mother is a rug weaver, his grandfather was a silversmith, and his brother, Gibson Nez, is a jeweler.

In this buckle, he applied a designed cut–out oval silver piece over a textured solid silver oval disc. In the top level of the overlay, he incised lines that radiate from the center outward. In the center, he mounted an extraordinary deep red coral stone that is beautiful beyond description. His name KEE NEZ and STERLING are stamped on the back.
