This original watercolor of a deer by Percy Sandy (Kai-Sa), of Zuni Pueblo is a very realistic rendition of the animal and reflects excellent detail and design. As in many of his paintings, the deer is actively in motion. His use of color is true to the original, which is accurate to state about all his paintings of animals.
