Access to the condominium is through a main driveway exiting off Garcia Street. There is parking directly in front for one vehicle (click on the second detail image link to view). Entry through the private gate takes one into a beautifully landscaped courtyard with flagstone pavers, flowerbeds, and a beautiful white stone water fountain that provides a soothing sound of cascading water. Table and chairs provide a quiet area to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Landscape lighting provides warm evening light.
