This bracelet was fashioned in a manner that took six individual silver bracelets and combined them into a single bracelet. They were attached at each end with a silver bar and on the top with silver drops. There are 16 silver drops between each row and those are the anchor points between rows. There are another 16 silver drops on each of the outer edges of the bracelet.
The bracelet is topped with 6 rows each containing 16 small domed turquoise cabs for a total of 96 individual turquoise cabs.
This bracelet is a love of labor for the maker. Fashioning six individual strips of silver, then connecting them with 96 silver dots and then fashioning 96 of the minutest turquoise cabs is labor intensive. The result, of course, is a strikingly beautiful bracelet.
The bracelet is not stamped with a makerr’s name but we know from examination that it was a jeweler and lapidary artist of great talent and much patience.
